Tour Alert
THE ANCIENT MARINERS ARE GOING ON TOUR
This weekend, the Ancient Mariners RFC ship out of Nova Scotia and descend on the capital for the Ottawa Tour 2026.
FRIDAY — A double-header at TD Place. First up, Canadian Forces v England Forces at 3:15pm, then the big one: Canada v England at 7pm, the rematch of the World Cup final. Canada already ended England’s 41-match unbeaten run in Toronto — should be a cracker.
SATURDAY — The main event. Ancient Mariners v Ottawa Senators RFC, 1pm kickoff, the return fixture after the Senators’ visit to Halifax in May. Honours, pride, and possibly some dignity on the line.
SATURDAY NIGHT — The ByWard Market. Enough said.
Safe travels to everyone making the trip. Ottawa, you’ve been warned.
